Do I need to book in advance?
Yes — visits are small and hosted, so we ask for at least a few days' notice. During harvest season (October–November) we recommend booking a week ahead.
Is the experience suitable for children?
Absolutely. The farm, the animals and the donkey ride are usually the highlight for younger guests. The raki tasting is for adults, of course.
Can you accommodate dietary restrictions?
Yes — let us know when you book. The Cretan table is naturally generous with vegetarian options, and we're happy to adjust for allergies or specific needs.
Do you host private groups or events?
We do. Weddings, family gatherings, small corporate retreats — up to 20 guests. Write to us with your date and we'll put together a proposal.
How do I get to Rakidio from Plakias?
About 20 minutes by car up the mountain from Plakias, in the village of Sellia. We send detailed directions with every booking confirmation.
